This Touch activated thermostat offers the optimum in convenient, low cost heating control. Featuring the same automatic triple-temperature sensor as its’ close relative - PRE5003, the PRE5004 provides accurate control over three levels of temperatures. The unit optimises energy usage whilst maintaining comfortable temperatures automatically. Most convenient of all, the PRE5004 boasts the latest in secure time / temperature programming through a simple to use “IR” handset which allows rapid set up, or resetting, of time / temperature profiles avoiding the need to remove the unit from the wall. This unique feature makes the PRE5004 and PRE5003 - the most flexible and tamper-proof thermostats of their type available anywhere. Ideally suited to the control of panel heaters or wet radiators in student residences, hotels, and holiday homes, the PRE5004 offers three temperature settings – ‘set-back’ gives an economical background heat; a higher boost heat is available at the touch of a button for a pre-set period. If no activation is detected after 48 hours, the temperature is allowed to fall to a safe “frost protection” setting. |
