This convenient PIR activated electronic three-stage thermostat is one of a sophisticated range of precision electronic controls from Prefect. Ensuring economic energy usage – automatically, the PIR senses when the room is occupied and keeps the temperature comfortable, whilst allowing it to fall slightly to a background level if the room is vacant. If no presence is detected for 48 hours the temperature is allowed to fall to an economical 5ºC frost-protection setting. Once the fascia is touched again the unit is re-activated into the comfort / set-back routine. Most convenient of all, the PRE5104 boasts the latest in secure time / temperature programming through a simple to use “IR” handset allowing rapid input of time / temperature profiles “in situ”. These features make the PRE5104 the most convenient and versatile PIR control available anywhere. |
