This ‘top of the range’ Touch activated thermostat offers the optimum in convenient control. Featuring the same automatic triple-temperature sensor as the popular PRE5000, this model offers the additional facility of user adjustment by a rotary knob on the fascia, enabling residents to raise or lower temperatures within carefully set limits so that everyone retains personal control over their heating levels. Designed to give accurate control over room heating, each thermostat optimises energy usage whilst maintaining comfortable temperatures automatically. Most convenient of all, the PRE5003 boasts the latest in secure time / temperature programming through a simple to use “IR” handset – see picture below - which allows rapid programming of time / temperature profiles “in situ”. This unique feature makes the PRE5003 the most flexible control available anywhere.
Ideally suited to controlling panel heaters or wet radiators in student residences, hotels, and holiday homes, the PRE5003 offers three temperature levels – ‘set-back’ maintains an economical background heat, whilst a higher boosted (comfort) temperature is available at the touch of a button, if no activation is detected after 48 hours, the temperature is allowed to drop to a 5°C frost protection setting.
