This convenient PIR activated electronic two stage thermostat is one of a sophisticated range of precision electronic controls from Prefect ensures economic energy usage automatically - the PIR senses when the room is occupied and keeps the temperature comfortable, whilst it is allowed to fall slightly to a background level if the room is empty. The versatile unit is ideally suited to control heating in hotels, holiday homes, offices, or student residences. Almost any lighting system can also be switched automatically.
